Pamela B. Simon

     A graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mrs. Simon began her life insurance career in sales with a primary focus on 501 (c) (9) death benefit plans.  Mrs. Simon's success in personal production lead her to a management position and in 1988 she became President and co-owner of S.T.P. Enterprises, Inc.

 

     Mrs. Simon oversees all aspects of the A.L.P.S.™ (A.L.P.S.™  = Arbitrage Life Payment System).   She is responsible for the sale, placement and servicing of over 700 million dollars of life insurance premium.  Mrs. Simon has grown S.T.P. to a staff of fifteen service oriented employees and 30 independent agents capable of funding over 100 million dollars of new A.L.P.S.™ premium per year.

 

David B. Simon

    David Simon graduated with honors from the University of Michigan and then went on to receive his law degree from the University of California.  Mr. Simon is the creator and author of the documentation of the A.L.P.S..  He now oversees the Plan's implementation and operations and acts as counsel to the Trustees and Grantor of the Plan and Trusts.
